Obituary of Ernest Carlyle Koontz

Ernest Carlyle Koontz, age 89 of Hermitage, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at McKendree Village.

He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings.

Mr. Koontz is survived by his wife, Cora Koontz; children, Connie (Wayne) Vanderpool and Kenneth Koontz, and grandson, Jason Vanderpool.

Visitation will be Friday, April 20, 2018 at Hermitage Funeral Home from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm, and also on Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, April 21, 2018 in the chapel of Hermitage Funeral Home at 2:00 pm.

Interment will follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
