Eva Elizabeth Rawls, age 98 of Nashville, TN passed away June 1, 2016. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Arnold Rawls; parents, Isaac Newton and Cora Mae (Fentress) Adcock; son, Harry Thomas Rawls; brothers, William Adcock and Freeman Adcock; sister, Mae Carroll. She is survived by her son, Ray Rawls; granddaughters, Mindy Lynn Rawls and Mary Elizabeth Cash; great-granddaughter, Lily Brooke Cash; sister, Elizabeth Guttowski and several extended family members.
Mrs. Rawls was a member of Cloyds Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Mt. Juliet and was retired from working as a Diet Clerk for Springfield Hospital.
Funeral service will be 3:00 pm Sunday, June 5, 2016 at Hermitage Funeral Home, 535 Shute Lane, Old Hickory, TN with Rev. Michael Reese officiating. Entombment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm till 3:00 pm at the funeral home.
