I had the privilege of meeting Heather,  her husband and family while in Life Care last October and November. Heather and I had rooms on the same hallway. I could tell, despite the challenges she was going through, that Heather had such a sweet spirit and made the best of every day. She showed such warmth in her eyes and smile. I was so impressed by the love and support shown by her husband and family. I'll always remember the fun we all had at the activities supplied for us. Heather and David made a great team and she would motivate me with her spunkiness playing those games! I'm praying for all of you, that you will be filled with God's peace. Praise God that we can all reunite in Heaven some day!

There are so many memories that people have posted. I want to share my adult memory of when moving from Washington to North Carolina she offered her new home to us to say before the last leg of the trip. It was so great to stay up and talk about our childhood and the adults at the time and our perceptions as a child verses adult outtakes. I treasured that and of coarse how independent she had become in so many ways. She was a beautiful woman inside and out!

Heather you are in good hands with the Lord and will sure to be the Queen of all nurses  in heaven!! When I met Heather in her dream home in 2019, I immediately fell in love with her beautiful smile. Sending Prayers to the entire family!!! and a big tight hug for Mom!

Oh my, I saw the photo of  Red Ford Probe ( I think).  You drove that car forever Heather.  You always had it backed up in the Baptist garage in the best parking space in the garage.  But, that is what happens when you get to the hospital at 5:30 every morning.  I knew as soon as I got there you would say, where have you been ( It was 6:15) we both went to breakfast and started our mornings with laughter. We loved coming to work. I loved coming to work because you were there waiting. I could always count on you my sweet friend. love you......Debi

Heather came into my life when I needed an angel the most. She was my son’s godmother and a wonderful friend. I haven’t seen her in years but she has never been far from my thoughts or my heart. She made an impact on everyone she met and will be truly missed and never forgotten. I love you my “feather”,

My memories of Heather will always include her huge smile and sweet hugs when we passed in the halls at Midtown aka Baptist. Even as she struggled,  walked with a walker and told me of her illness,  she held her head high and shared her amazing smile. I know she will be missed. Heaven has gained another angel. 

I remember summertime at the house with Mandy and Jeremy swimming. Heather was always smiling and laughing. She was so much fun to be around. She was such a wonderful person. I know your faith is strong and that is what will help you deal with this. My prayers with all of you Ronnie,Judy,stephan and family.
