Inge was born in Emmering, Germany to Georg and Katherina Neumüller on December 24, 1930. She married William Monroe Glasscock on January 18, 1952 in Emmering, Germany, while he was stationed with the United States Air Force. Shortly after their marriage, she moved to the United States where they made their home.
After the death of her husband at age 36, Inge moved to Tennessee where she raised her three children- Roy, Ronald, and Becky. It was there she became a faithful member of the Hermitage Church of Christ and began teaching two-year-olds in their Sunday School. Soon, she began teaching in the Hermitage Mother’s Day Out program, where she taught hundreds of precious two-year-olds over 35+ years. Inge leaves behind a lifelong legacy of teaching, loving, giving, and what it means to be a Christian lady.
