James Dallas Fulghum

James (Jim) Dallas Fulghum, age 77 of Lebanon passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Monday, March 13 after a long battle with Leukemia. Jim was born Aug. 25, 1945 to the late James H. Fulghum and Sarah (Hamilton) Fulghum in Nashville, TN. He was a graduate of Donelson High School and Lipscomb University. After graduating he went on to become an underwriter for commercial lines. After retirement he enjoyed golfing, watching football and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Jim was preceded in death by his father James Fulghum and mother Sarah Fulghum, his brothers Bill Fulghum and Tim Fulghum. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Brenda (Poole) Fulghum, daughters Tanya (Troy) Buttrey, and Tara Smith and his grandchildren Tanner Buttrey, Connor Buttrey, Presley Buttrey and Bella Smith. Brother Harold Fulghum. Visitation Thursday from 11 am till 2 pm at Hermitage Funeral Home. Graveside Services will follow at 2 pm Thursday at Hermitage Memorial Gardens with Bro Russ King officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
