LUFFMAN, James R. (Sluggo) age 76 of Old Hickory, TN passed away August 30, 2013. Sluggo retired from Dupont and was a member of Old Hickory Church of Christ. Preceded in death by his brother, R.G. Luffman and sister, Noretta Luffman. Survived by his wife of over 51 years, June C. Luffman; son, Jamie Luffman (Jill); daughters, Jennifer Johnson and Jody Taylor; grandsons, Joshua Luffman and Kyle Taylor. A Funeral service will be conducted 10 am Monday, September 2, 2013 at the Hermitage Funeral Home with Bro. Don Loftis officiating. Burial will follow in the Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be from 2pm until 4pm and 6pm until 8pm Sunday, September 1, 2013.
