James Noel McClure, 90, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on July 24, 2026. Born April 1, 1936, James will be remembered with deep respect and gratitude for a life marked by steadfast faith and quiet devotion to those he loved.
James was preceded in death by his devoted wife, Doris J McClure; his parents, Harrison & Emma McClure; and his sisters, Nancy McClure and Frances Jean McCoin.
He is survived by his son, Mark McClure (Sabrina); his granddaughter, Jessie McClure; his sister, Cathy Young (Roger); and his brothers, Gary McClure (Judy), Terry McClure, and Bruce McClure (Karen).
Visitation will be held at Hermitage Funeral Home, 535 Shute Ln, Old Hickory, TN 37138, on July 31, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will follow at Hermitage Funeral Home on July 31, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
