He is survived by his wife, Debbie Mullins; son, Jeremy Stevenson (Crystal); sisters, Stacey Matthews (Michael) & Laura Rynne; grandsons, Jeremy Dewayne Stevenson & Cayden Ray Stevenson; niece, Yvonne England (Chad); nephew, Shawn Matthews (Janie); family pet, Scooby Doo.
Todd had worked as a Program Manager in the Healthcare Industry. He was an avid bass fisherman and a die-hard UT fan.
A Celebration of Life Service will be 12 pm Friday, June 1, 2018 at Hermitage Funeral Home with Pastor Bontrager officiating. Interment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be Jeremy Stevenson, Jerry Curtis, Glen Pillow, Tim Farley, Don Jarvis & Dwayne Adell.
Family & Friends will gather from 4 - 8 pm on Thursday, May, 31, 2018 and from 10 am – 12 pm Friday at the funeral home.
The family extends their sincere appreciation to the Staff of the 7th floor at St. Thomas Mid-Town Hospital as well as the staff at Alive Hospice.
