Janet Patton Swift

Janet Patton Swift, age 92, of Hermitage, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2022. Janet was born October 20, 1929 in Watertown, TN to her parents Everett Angus and Ruby Jones Patton and has been a lifelong resident of this area.

Janet was a secretary for the trust department of SunTrust bank.

Janet was preceded in death by her sons, James Edward Adamson and Mike Swift. She is survived by her husband of 48 years Tommie L. Swift, by her daughter Wanda Swift McCave, by her daughter-in-law Kerri Adamson, and by her grandchildren, Cody (Brooke) Swift, Tony Taranto, Jenisis Swift, Janelle McCave and Gracie Roland and by 10 great grandchildren.

A visitation for Janet will be held Saturday, September 24, 2022 from12:00 PM till 1 pm at Donelson Presbyterian Church, 2305 Lebanon Pike, Nashville, TN 37214, followed by a Memorial Service at 1:00 PM. There will be a private graveside service at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
