Jean J. Mangrum, 94, passed away on August 5, 2026. Born on November 14, 1931, Jean’s life was marked by steadfast devotion to family and the quiet strength of a woman who carried herself with dignity and grace. A resident of Mount Juliet, Tennessee, she will be remembered with deep respect and enduring affection by all who knew her. She was a member of Central Pike Church of Christ.
Jean was preceded in death by her beloved husbands, Cliff Chandler and James Mangrum; her daughter, Carolyn Chandler; and her grandson, Johntean Chandler.Parents; Henry and Elma Jackson.Siblings; Charlene, Sue, Robert, Thomas and Annette.
She is survived by her daughter, Jean Chandler; step son, Glen Chandler; sister, Joyce Everett; and brother, Raymond Jackson (Norma) and many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation Tuesday from 12 pm to 2 pm at Hermitage Funeral Home. Celebration of Life to follow at 2 pm with Bro Jerry Sawyer and Bro Michael Grooms officiating. Interment at Hermitage Memorial Gardens with family serving as pallbearers.
