FAIRBANKS, Jess Age 59 of Hermitage, TN, passed away October 13, 2011. Jess faithfully served our Lord and Savior for 37 years as a Southern Baptist Pastor, Home Missionary, Church Planter, Seminary Extension Director, and National Hispanic Church Consultant. His contribution to God's work will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Fairbanks. He is survived by his wife, Carole Fairbanks; son, David (Alexis) Fairbanks; daughters, Sarah and Elisabeth Fairbanks; granddaughter, Peyton Fairbanks; mother-in-law, Ann Heifner; sister, Maria Tostado; mother, Gloria Fairbanks. A Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at the Hermitage Funeral Home with Rev. Estriberto Britton and Rev. Henry Webb officiating.
