Mr & Mrs Bruce were my friends always treated me very well plus they were both good friends of my parents, just good people. 

To the family. We miss the times we spent with Mr. Bruce. I tell all my family and friends about him and his most interesting stories of his life and his family. I am thankful the LORD made it possible for us to meet. He was a wonderful person to me and I consider him a personal friend.

To all the family, Doug & Ann, Mackey & Judy, Ray & Rosanne, Perry & Carol, it has been alot of years since I have seen you guys or your daddy but I still recall all the football practices and games that he & your mother attended and they were always motivating us to do our best. I had the privilege to know this great man and see the love and admiration his family had for him - what an honor to know the love of so many in one lifetime.  We know you are at a greater peace than any of us will ever know on earth and look forward to seeing you again some day.  Rest well, Papaw.
