Mrs. Franklin will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She was a Christian woman who leaves a legacy of faith, elegance and grace. She was a wonderful cook and hosted many family dinners. In her free time she enjoyed antiquing.
She is survived by her sons Steven (Jennifer) Franklin and Jon (Tammy) Franklin; grandchildren Matt (Meghan) Franklin, Megan (Zach) Jones, Jennifer (Holt) Coltharp, Cari Beth (Adam) Suttle; nine great grand children and her brother Dean (Gloria) Wakefield.
Mrs. Franklin is preceded in death by her husband Steve Franklin; parents Sinnet and Vera Wakefield and her brother Jim Wakefield.
Gathering of friends and family Monday October 13, 2025 from 11:30am –1:00pm at Hermitage Funeral Home. Celebration of Life will begin at 1:00pm in the Tulip Grove Room also at Hermitage Funeral Home. Burial flowing Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
