Joseph William Edwards

Mr. Edwards served two years in the United States Army and later retired after a thirty-eight year career with the L&N Railroad. He was an avid sports fan and loved to bowl. Specifically, he was a fan of the Tennessee Titans and a diehard fan of the Vanderbilt Commodores and the Atlanta Braves.

Mr. Edwards is survived by Rubye Mae Dreaden-Edwards, his loving wife of sixty-six years; son William Michael (Jill) Edwards; son Stephen Lynn Edwards; daughter Tammy (Greg) Sellers; grandchildren Stacey Blady, Kimberly Edwards, Kelly Edwards, Danielle Kimball, Tara Minix, Angie Edwards, Amber Edwards; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
