Juanita Bishop Rogers

She graduated from Central High in 1951. She worked for Bell South and retired in 1989.

Mrs. Rogers is survived by son, Bobby Hill (Gina); daughters, Pat Littlejohn (Roger) and Rita Felts (Gary); grandchildren, Robby Hill, Drew Littlejohn, Patrick Littlejohn and Brian Felts; great grandchildren, Sami Hill, Bax Hill, Riley Felts and Camden Littlejohn; sister, Gwen Henry of Murfreesboro, and brother, Jim Sledge of Nashville. She also leaves behind a special friend, Dow Neville.

Visitation with the family will be at Hermitage Funeral Home on Saturday, October 1, 2016 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm, and also on Sunday, October 2, 2016 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm.

The Celebration of Life Service will be at Hermitage Funeral Home on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at 2:00 pm with Chaplain Adam Garner officiating.

Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.

Serving as active pallbearers are members of the Telephone Pioneer Campers and Johnny Johnston.

Honorary pallbearers are members of the Telephone Pioneer Campers, the staff of Provision Assisted Living/Memory Care and Gentiva Hospice.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in honor of Mrs. Rogers to a charity of your choice.
