Justin waged a long and courageous battle with addiction, and his body finally succumbed to it. His constant struggle was a profound part of his story, but it never extinguished the love he held for his family and friends. To those involved in a similar struggle, Justin’s family encourages you to seek treatment, taking any steps you can towards recovery and restoration.
Born December 28, 1980 in Jacksonville, Arkansas, to parents Craig Sparks and Rhonda Keen, Justin was a lifetime resident of Kingston Springs. Justin discovered a lifelong love for sports in his youth, participating in basketball, football, baseball, and soccer, and enjoyed golf as an adult. He later forged his path by successfully owning and operating The Tint Shop, following in the entrepreneurial footsteps of his family. Though work was important to him, Justin found his greatest sense of peace and joy in his hobbies and sharing his talents with others: he could often be found digging in his garden, feeding the backyard birds, smoking a large ensemble of meats to perfection, working on his beloved 1997 Anniversary Edition Camaro Z28, or, most famously, designing and building his spectacular Fourth of July fireworks displays.
Justin is survived by his wife, Jennifer; daughter, Elyssa; son, Jackson; his parents, Craig Sparks and Rhonda Keen; his sister, Erin Sparks; his niece, Madison McCloud, and a host of cherished aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will miss his passion and zest for life.
No services are scheduled at this time; however, the family asks those who wish to remember Justin to honor his life and hold his memory close in their own hearts.
