Age 92, died peacefully at home. He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert A. Floeter and Anna Kohnke Floeter; brother, Arnold Floeter; sister, Sadie Floeter LaRock; and his son-in-law, Terry L. Mitchell, Sr.
He is survived by his wife, Eula (Tiny) Bruce Floeter; son, Garry (Brenda) Floeter; daughter, Wanda Mitchell; step-daughters, Cynthia (Joe) Hollingsworth, Penny Watkins, Jennifer Bruce; step-son, Ricky (Susie) Casey; brother, Lester (Jan) Floeter; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was a WWII Army veteran, a lifelong member of American Legion Post 88 and a lifetime member of the Lutheran church.
Graveside service Tuesday, 2 p.m., at Hermitage Memorial Gardens, Old Hickory, TN.
