Mary Violet Chrisman, age 81 of Pleasant View, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2016. Preceded in death by her husband, Ben F. Chrisman and son, Michael Lee Chrisman. Survived by her sons, Hagan (Joan), Tony and Jerry (Deborah) Chrisman; 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild. Mrs. Chrisman was retired from the United Methodist Publishing House. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted Noon Monday, January 25, 2016 in Hermitage Funeral Home Chapel with Bro.
