Mildred Kathryn Park Wright, age 90, passed away November 10, 2015 at Summit Hospital, Mt. Juliet, TN. She had been a resident of McKendree Village / Long Term Care Unit, Hermitage, for almost three years. Preceded in death by parents, Ray & Grace (Mitchell) Park; siblings, R.R. Park, Jr., Beulah Lea Park. Survived by daughter, Brenda Wright (Fred) Walther of Lebanon, TN; grandchildren, Nick (Lisa) Painter of Lebanon, TN, Chad (Leigh Anne) Painter of Lebanon, TN; great-grandchildren; Nolan Painter, Nicole Painter, Riley Painter, Jackson Painter, Lucas Painter, siblings; Myrna Park Buflo of Las Cruces NM, Nita Park Morrison of Carthage TX, Melba Park Piper of Monterey CA, Jimmy Floyd Park of Bulls Gap, TN plus family members throughout the U.S. Mildred retired in 1990 from Apex Tool & Die, Dayton, Ohio where she resided most of her life. Visitation for family & friends will be Saturday, 1:30 p.m., with service at 2:00 p.m., at the Pilot Knob Creek Presbyterian Church, 4445 Gap Creek Road, Bulls Gap TN. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to charity of your choice or to the American Heart Association or Alzheimer’s Association.
