He loved to play golf with all his golfing buddies. He retired from Singer Sewing Machine Co. after 35 years of service as a District Manager.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 68 years, Gladys Overton Ozment; sister, Shirley Hutchinson and parents, George Ozment and Nannie Rhodes Ozment.
Morris is survived by daughter, Pat (Mike) Ryan; son, Danny (Patsy) Ozment; Papaw to his grandchildren, Julie, Cory (Coryn), and Courtney (Brandon); three great-grandchildren Sydney, Ryder and Ellis; and great-great grandson, Jayden.
Visitation will be held Monday, January 7, 2019 from 5:00 until 8:00 pm at Hermitage Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 11:30 am with visitation from 10:00 – 11:30am at Hermitage Funeral Home.
Entombment will held immediately following services at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
