TINSLEY, Norma Elaine Age 74 of Lebanon, TN, passed away August 16, 2011. She is survived by her husband, Gary D. Tinsley; sister, Carol Rampey; 4 surviving children; 10 surviving grandchildren; 5 surviving great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 20, 2011.
