Pat was a mother of 4 children, Russell, William, Linda, and Diane as well as 4 grandchildren, Nikolas (Chelsea), Adam, Tyler and Jessica. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Bob.
She lived a full life as a wife, mother, RN, and a dedicated hospice nurse serving in the Chicago suburbs before returning to Nashville's Alive Hospice in the 1990's.
She maintained her friendships with her dearest girlfriends from their earliest school years, up until her passing.
A private memorial will be held. The family does ask that memorial contributions be made to Alive Hospice in her memory.
