

Patrick is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Franklin and Betty Hageman; aunt, Linda Hageman; and father, Gordon Winfield Dinsmoor.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carol Dinsmoor; children, Dustin (Stephanie) Windemaker, Morgan Windemaker, and Samantha Windemaker; grandchildren, Destini Windemaker, Julian Windemaker, Tanner Windemaker, Chase Windemaker, Mia Windemaker, Sienna Pearson, Patrick Pearson, and Mason Mashburn; siblings, Gordon (Karen) Dinsmoor and Kimberly Wood (Consuleo Cruz); parents, Pat (Pat) Thompson; nieces, Brianna Dinsmoor and Cassandra Dinsmoor; brothers-in-law, Ernest William Montgomery, Sr. and Rocko Sheth Montgomery, Sr.; and numerous friends.
Patrick loved his family dearly and enjoyed spending time with his wife Carol. Together, they enjoyed traveling out West and to Gatlinburg, as well as hiking and exploring. He had a special love for animals, especially buffalo, seals, and giraffes. He was a loyal soccer fan and loved the White Sox and Chicago Bears. He enjoyed Carol's cooking, with her pot roast being one of his favorites.
Patrick was a very hard worker who took pride in everything he did. He loved keeping his car immaculate and rarely passed up an opportunity to visit the car wash. He believed in paying it forward and helping others whenever he could.
Patrick lived life to the fullest and will be deeply missed by his loving family, friends, and all who knew him.
Visitation will be Sunday, August 30, 2026 from 4:00pm ~ 8:00pm and Monday, August 31, 2026 from 11:00am ~ 12:00pm with the Celebration of Life at 12:00pm and the burial to follow all at Hermitage Funeral Home.
