Peggy Ann Browning

She was born on September 15, 1947 in Birmingham, Alabama, the daughter of the late S.G. and Janie McDaniel. She worked in the business office of HCA for several years. She was a devout Alabama fan.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother-in-law, Gene Kimbrel.

She is survived by her husband, Hulon “Rocky” Browning; daughters, Janie Suann Sanford and her husband, Sam, and Ginny Lea Mooney and her husband, Danny; son, Dwaine Braswell and his wife, Kelly; brother, Perry McDaniel and his wife, Dana; sister, Betty Sue Kimbrel; four grandchildren, Kendall, Ella, Reese, Miles, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Hermitage Funeral Home from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm, and also on Monday, February 20, 2017 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm.

The Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, February 20, 2017 in the chapel of Hermitage Funeral Home at 2:00 pm.

Interment will follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
