Phillip is survived by; daughter Brenda Ladnier; daughter Dianna (Les) Self; and daughter Debra (Kerry) Kauffman. Nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren
Phillip was preceded in death by. Loving wife Mary Green.
Mr. Green retired from Purity Dairy after thirty years of service.
The celebration of life will be Thursday at 2:00 PM with Rev Joel Emerson officiating. A visitation will occur Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Thursday from 12 pm till time of service. Interment will occur at Hermitage Memorial Gardens with family serving as pallbearers.
Memorial contributions' may be made to St Jude's Children Hospital.
