Grandchildren: Scott Smith , Slade & Sandy Smith, Clark & Linda Smith, Kelly & Kevin Collins, Lynn & Chad Cowen & Lezlee & Kevin Owen and great grandchildren Taylor & Cole Smith, Morgan, Reece and Rylie Collins, Courtney & David Downs, Brodey and Blaine Cowan, Jessica and Jake Owen. Services will be 2:30 pm Friday at Hermitage Funeral Home with Rev Denny Shepherd officiating. Interment to be held at Hermitage memorial Gardens with Scott & Slade Smith, Kevin Owen, Kevin Collins, Chad Cowen , John Downs & Clark Smith serving as pallbearers.
