Robert Douglas Dugard

Robert Douglas Dugard, 24, of Nashville TN passed into eternal glory on March 31, 2016. Robert was born on August 21, 1991 in Memphis TN. He is survived by his grandmother, Lois Patterson; mother and step-father Kelly and EL Davis; his siblings Angela Dugard, Cindi Twisdale, Carl "Skeeter" Brassfield, Kristy Holt, Jonathon Davis; and three nieces and three nephews. Robert was also engaged to Phydra Leonard. His loving family included many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lois and Johnny Dugard, and Denny Patterson; as well as his father and step-mother Doug and Vickie Dugard. Robert was full of life with a big heart and always ready to give hugs. His passion was cooking. He had dreams of one day having his own restaurant or food truck. Services will be held at Hermitage Hills Baptist Church on Friday, April 8, 2016. Visitation and fellowship will be from 9:00 am to 10:30 am. Celebration of Life immediately following visitation. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the McGavock High School Marching Band in his honor. To help celebrate Robert in a way that would mean most to him, the family invites visitors to wear Miami Dolphins attire (jerseys, shirts, etc).
