Robert Joseph Murphy Jr. Age 69 of Old Hickory passed away on April 12, 2021. He was born in Goodlettsville on September 23, 1951 and was a life long resident of the area. He was the Produce Manager for the Kroger Co and also was the Produce Broker for his company Mid Tennessee Produce. He was a charter member of the Old Hickory County Club and was a member of Duck's Unlimited. He was an avid duck hunter, fisherman and golfer. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He was predeceased by his parents Robert J. Murphy Sr and Frances L. Scott Murphy. He is survived by his life partner Gerri Kaar, by his brother Michael E. Murphy, by 2 nieces Heather Spurlock and Amber Gaither and 4 great nieces and 1 great nephew. Celebration of Life services will be held at a later date.
