Rosa is preceded in death by her husband, William "Billy" Perkins; mother, Evelyn Garcia and father, Paco Perez.
She is survived by her sons Jeffrey and Ryan House; sisters, Melissa Perez-Lupi and Carmen Lamere; brother, Pete Perez; mother-in-law, Juanita Levis; niece, Madelyn and many other family members and special friends.
A visitation for Rosa will be held Saturday, April 15th, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Hermitage Funeral Home, followed by a celebration of life at 2:00 pm
