SHELTON, Sandra Faye age 73 of Old Hickory passed away August 15, 2013. She is survived by her loving husband Danny, of 52 years; 2 children, Chuck Shelton (Patricia) of Mt. Juliet and Stacey Ragland (Jeff) of Nashville; 3 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; sister; Brenda Castleman of Nashville; special friends. Sandra was a published writer of songs, poems, and award winning short articles. In the years prior to her lengthy illness she participated with her husband in car shows throughout the middle Tenn. Region. The family would like to thank Dr. Eric Raefsky and his wonderful staff for their assistance and support. A visitation will be held Sunday, August 18, 2013 from 4 pm until 8 pm at Hermitage Funeral Home. A Funeral service will be conducted at 10 am Monday at the Hermitage Funeral Home. A private family entombment will follow.
