She worked for Xerox for many years and retired as a systems analyst in 1999.
In her free time she enjoyed traveling, cruising, being on the water, Titans games and her cat Lacey.
Darlene is survived by her loving husband of 35 years David E. Milligan; sister Susan Pitts; brother Rick Pitts, sister in law Stella (G.C.) Hixon; brother in law Tim Milligan, and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents Glen and Ollie Pitts.
Gathering of family and friends Thursday September 3, 2026 from 12:00-2:00pm at Hermitage Funeral Home. Celebration of Life will begin at 2:00pm in the Tulip Grove Room also at Hermitage Funeral Home. Burial following Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
