SWARTZ, Terry Keller Age 48, of Hermitage, TN passed away April 11, 2011. She is survived by her husband, Don Swartz; parents, Ron and Ann Keller; brother, Dallas Keller (Tina); sister, Lisa Castro (Rudy); 2 nieces; 3 nephews; dogs, Mocha, Sissy and her many friends in recovery. A Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at the Hermitage Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Karl Aull officiating. Burial will follow in the Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and 2 hours prior to the service on Wednesday.
