In addition to his parents, Thomas was also preceded in death by his son, Randall Thomas Faulk.
He leaves to cherish his memory, loving wife Sandra Faulk; children, Lisa (James) Connolley and Kimberly Marmon; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other family and friends.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Sunday, March 3, 2019 from 4:00 until 7:00 pm at Hermitage Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, March 4, 2019 at 12pm with visitation preceding one hour prior from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m
