Thomas H. Mayberry

MAYBERRY, Thomas H., age 71 of Nashville, passed away Saturday, October 30, 2010 from complications of Parkinson’s disease. Preceded by his parents, Frank and Opal Mayberry and 2 brothers, Jimmy and Charles Mayberry. Survived by his wife of 41 years, Linda Mayberry; sister, Peggy Durham; his faithful companion, Turbo; several nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Zadelle Childers; devoted sisters-in-law, Judy (John) Yarber, Ginny McGee and Kathy (Johnny) Davis. Mr. Mayberry was a member of Hickory Hollow Baptist Church. He was retired from the Metro Fire Dept. with 20 years of service and was a member of the Provost Guard of Al Menah Shriners. Funeral services will be conducted Noon Tuesday, November 2, 2010 in Hermitage Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ray Clubb and Chaplain Dennis Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Family members will serve as pallbearers. Visitation with the family 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday and 10:00 a.m. – Noon Tuesday.
