He is survived by daughters, Cathy Swank (Sonny) and Mary Goad (Lawrence); grandchildren, James Kennedy, Tina Weaver, Sunni Swank, Joshua Swank, Angel Slayton & Tyler Goad (Marianna).
Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm Monday, November 24, 2014 at Hermitage Funeral Home with Bro. Keith Cameron officiating. Entombment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Those serving as active pallbearers are Tim Weaver, Joshua Strong, James Kennedy, Sunni Swank, Joshua Swank and Tyler Goad. Roy Burch, Jr. will serve as honorary pallbearer. Visitation with the family will be 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm Sunday, November 23, 2014 and 10:00 am until service time on Monday, November 24, 2014.
