William B. DeFelice

William Bernard DeFelice passed away peacefully on November 5, 2021. William was born April 13, 1932 in Maitland, West Virginia to Bernnadino and Sarah DeFelice. William graduated high school and entered the Army in 1948. He served four years as a medical supply specialist and completed two tours in Germany. He was a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor's in Education. William met the love of his life, Grace Elizabeth Dailey and they were married on July 18, 1959. They established their home in Hermitage, TN and welcomed their only son William Edward DeFelice in November 1971. William was a Special Education Assistant with Metro Nashville Public Schools and retired after 30 years of service.

William was preceded in death by his parents, Bernadino and Sarah DeFelice, his wife, Grace Elizabeth DeFelice, his sister Mary, and his son Wiliam Edward DeFelice. He is survived by his daughter-in-law, Amanda Newlin DeFelice, one grandson William Grant DeFelice and a special grand God-daughter, Genesis.

William loved UT football, NASCAR racing, travelling, and spoiling his favorite grandson Grant.

No services are planned, private graveside burial will be on Wednesday, November 10, 2021.
