Anne Rita Weber

She was born on August 1, 1928, in Newark, NJ, the daughter of Joseph Garry and Catherine Smith Garry.

She was the widow of George E. Weber who died on May 17, 1992. They were married in 1960.

Mrs. Weber was formerly employed at Magnus Organ Corp., the Newark Evening News and St. Mary's Church. She was a member of the St. Mary's Rosary Society and was also a Bingo volunteer.

She is survived by her son William Weber of Brooklyn, NY; her daughter Dr. Catherine Weber and her husband Gary Cooper of Old Lyme, CT; her granddaughter Christianne; her nieces Eileen Belgioso of Toms River, NJ and Patricia Olsem and her husband Jon of Orange, CA and her nephew Michael Garry and his wife Sharon of Montclair, NJ. She was also predeceased by her brothers Thomas, John, Joseph and Ben Garry.

Calling hours will be held on August 17th from 3-5 and 7-9pm at Fulton-Theroux Funeral Home, 13 Beckwith La., Old Lyme, CT and on August 19th from 3-5 and 7-9pm at S. W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St., Nutley, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on August 20th at 10:30am in St. Mary's Church, 17 Monsignor Owens Pl., Nutley, NJ. Burial will follow at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield, NJ. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
