He was born in Brooklyn, New York on June 27, 1927.
Charles was a resident of New York City for many years and for the past 33 years, a resident of Lyme, CT.
He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, George and Dorothy and eight nieces and nephews. He will be truly missed by his family and friends.
