Erin and I met randomly in Waltham, MA years ago, and we became immediate friends. She had an incredible sense of humor and wit, and a wonderful ability to listen, and be present for those around her. She had wonderful energy , enthusiasm and compassion for others-And could light up a room with her presence. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends for your loss. She will be dearly missed .

I'll always remember sitting next to Erin in 5th grade at Mile Creek School, Ms. Welch's class. We would tease each other and talk in class the way 10 year old boys and girls do, and every time we'd get caught not paying attention, Erin would always say "it was Michael!!" and the teacher would believe her because she was so sweet and innocent looking, hehe :D As an adult, those fond memories of us in our childhood make me smile and laugh, and It was devastating to me to hear about Erin. Even though I haven't seen her in 20 years now, I have struggled just like Erin and so many others have, and that forges a deep connection and empathy to her and everyone who loved her. My heart aches for her and all who's lives she touched, her family and friends, who will always miss her presence in their world. My deepest and most sincere condolences go out to all those who loved her, and all those she loved. I am so sorry for this profound loss, and very sorry I was unable to attend her service to show my respect and support.

There are no words we can possibly say to comfort you but we are keeping you close in our hearts. I remember the day we met Erin as a young girl, dressed in her Halloween costume, knocking on our door. I can always see her beautiful smile and her vibrant interest in all around her. Our family will always remember her and send our love.

Erin’s energy was contagious (almost all of the time ;) We spent lots of time in each other’s close circle of friends as I dated her roommate & close girlfriend. So many laughs - she had the best smile! She will be missed! I’m thankful for the memories and having had her as a friend & part-time roommate. Godspeed, Erin 😘
