

George was born on May 20, 1941 in Old Saybrook, the son of Harry R. and Janet G. (Chappell) Molyneux. He Honorably served in the US Army from 1963 through 1969. He was employed for Electric Boat for 31 years. George enjoyed raising his sheep and working on his John Deere tractors. He loved to watch wild life and be with his cat Herman. He was a fan of the Toronto Blue Jays, Washington Redskins and the Washington Capitols.
George is survived by one brother Harry R. Molyneux of Lyme, four nephews: Harry Molyneux III of Groton, Michael Molyneux of Lyme, Richard Molyneux of Lyme and Brian Molyneux of Salem, two nieces: Lori Corey of Old Lyme and Susan Molyneux of Salem. One Great-Niece Crystal Dobriniski of Old Lyme, two great-nephews: Robert Molyneux of Groton and Raymond Molyneux of Hawaii . He is predeceased by his two brothers: Lawrence and Walter and one sister Janet and a nephew Kenneth.
