Mr. Julian J. Vidou

Mr. Vidou was born on September 1, 1940 in Waterbury, CT the son of Julian and Elsie Erickson Vidou. He married Ann J. Petrucci on August 27, 1966 in Lyme, CT. He was the owner of Julian Vidou Jr. Painting out of Old Lyme.

He served 3 years in the Army, and later worked for many years at Electric Boat Company. He later opened up his own painting business, that he owned up until he retired. Julian enjoyed carving and painting ducks, as well as fishing and being with his family

Mr. Vidou is survived by his loving wife Ann of 44 years, his son Leonard Vidou of Old Lyme, his daughter Danielle Vidou of Old Lyme, his grandson Jeffery Keish, his brothers Ronald Vidou of Old Lyme and Theodore Vidou of Haddam, his two sisters Michelle Phillips of Old Saybrook and Valarie Hock of CA. He was predeceased by his brother John "Jack" Vidou.
