Old Lyme- Michael Jon Hallberg, 20, passed away on November 27, 2010 in Ledyard. Michael ("Mikey") was born on September 9, 1990 in New Haven and was a lifelong resident of Old Lyme, CT. Michael attended The Country School in Madison and graduated from The Williams School in New London in 2009. He is survived by his mother Susan Gaylord Hallberg, father Jonathan Hallberg, grandfather Victor Hallberg, grandmother Jane Gaylord, sister Sarah Hallberg, sister Elizabeth Hallberg and fiance Harold Swain, brother James Hallberg, and nephews Brenden and Jacob Swain. Michael will be remembered as a loving son, brother, uncle, and dear friend to all those who knew him.
Calling hours will be Saturday December 4th at the Fulton-Theroux Funeral Home from 4-7pm. A memorial will be held at The Williams School at a future date.
