Mr. Morgan was born in New London the son of Kenneth and Ruth (Martin) Morgan. He was employed for many years as a Union laborer with the local 547 New London. He enjoyed his retirement since 1998.
Mr. Morgan is survived by his son Roger, Daughters Mary Shenas, Carol Ann Morgan and Joanne Mercader and predeceased by his daughters Cynthia Morgan and Patricia Brooks. Also many beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
