Deborah A. Scott

Deborah A. Scott, 56 of Old Saybrook passed away August 25, 2010 at Middlesex Hospice. She was born December 4, 1953 in W. Springfield, MA. Deborah is the daughter of Charles and Claire (Austin) Thompson. She is preceded in death by parents and brother, Albert Thompson. Deborah is survived by husband of 33 years, Noel Scott and children; Tamarah, wife of Shawn White of Westbrook, Noel Scott Jr., of Old Saybrook, Timothy Scott and his wife Cheri of Maine, sister, Cheryl Scott and her husband Gary of White Haven, PA, brother, Charles Thompson and his wife Sandra Lee of Westbrook, step-sister, Marion Austin of Maine. She is also survived by grandchildren Kimberly Carney and her husband Donald, Natosha White and Chrystalynn Collins. Deborah is also survived by several aunts, nieces, nephews and her special companion “Holly.” Deborah retired from the Lee Company with over 20 years of service. She enjoyed camping, traveling, shopping and most of all, spending time with her family and friends. Family and friends will be received on Saturday, August 28 from 10 am until the time of service at noon at the Swan Funeral Home, 1224 Boston Post Rd., Old Saybrook.
