Matthew V. Trasacco

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved son Matthew Vincent Trasacco. Matthew's life was tragically cut short in an automobile accident July, 28 2011.

Matthew was born on September 14th 1989 in Middletown CT. to Gary and Natalie Spencer Trasacco.

He was raised in Westbrook and attended the Westbrook school system. Matthew graduated in 2007 and attended Rhode Island College and Southern Connecticut State University.

He was employed at the Haggar Outlet in Westbrook.

Matthew was an avid Red Sox fan and loved playing baseball and softball. He enjoyed fishing and reading. Most of all he loved being with his friends and family.

Matthew leaves to mourn his loving family, parents Gary and Natalie Trasaco. His brother Ian and his sister Gina. His grandparents Barbara Trasacco and Felix Vendetti and Elwood and Rita Sypher. His Aunt and Uncle Paul and Tasha Cusson and his cousin Evan Cusson. His Aunt and Uncle Russel and Kerrie Spencer and cousin Jake Spencer.

Matthew also leaves many family and friends whom he loved and was loved by.

He leaves so many personal friends they cannot all be listed. Kat, Maria, Anthony, Andy ,David, Sean, Kevin, Evan, Matt, Brian, Justin, Santi ,Maria, and Adam and many others, know he loved you. Family will receive friends from 2:30 to 7:30 PM Monday, August 1, 2011 at the Swan Funeral Home, 1224 Boston Post Rd. Old Saybrook.
