Phyllis spent her early life in Arlington and Lexington, MA and graduated from Chandler Secretarial School in Boston. She sang in the choir of The Trinity Covenant Church of Lexington until 1985, when she moved to Chester, CT with her mother. Phyllis worked as a clerk and secretary in many CT companies and was a member of the United Church of Chester.
She is survived by her sister Doris and brother in law Robert Miner of Chester; brother Donald Marsh and sister in law Eleanor of Alaska as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A private burial will take place at the convenience of the family. Swan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
