Raymond Dunn

Raymond was a graduate of Westport High School, and graduated from Providence College with a BA. Ray went on to Trinity College with a MBA, and also studied at Harvard, Yale, and University of Bridgeport Law school.

Raymond was a decorated Captain in the Marine Corps. Raymond served in Vietnam where he was awarded the Navy/Marine Corps Medal for Heroism, after saving the lives of a Naval Chaplain and a Naval Officer who were drowning in the Red Sea.

After his service Raymond had a career with the Hartford Insurance Group as a marketing rep. Following law school, Ray was a Public Defender in Bridgeport, Stamford, and Norwalk CT.

Ray is survived by his sister Kathryn and husband Truman McGhee of Florida. Also his nephew Tim McGhee, and niece Heather Keiley, plus many cousins.

A graveside service with USMC funeral honors service will be held on Saturday November 1st at 11:00 am at Riverside Cemetery, 59 Sheffield St. Old Saybrook CT.
