RICHARD J. ORLOWSKI, beloved husband, father, brother, papa, 69, of Martinez, Georgia died peacefully at CT Hospice, Branford, CT, on February 26, 2013. He was born in Apollo, PA, December 12, 1943 to Alexander and Antoinette Orlowski. He graduated from Apollo High School in PA and went on to receive a degree in Engineering. He worked at United Nuclear Plant in Uncasville, CT from 1968 to1990 then relocated to Georgia where he worked at Savanna River Site/Westinghouse Plant, South Carolina till he retired in 2008.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 45 years, SUSAN E. ORLOWSKI, his daughter Kimberly Morgan Orlowski, and grand daughter Tiffany Morgan, his son Alec Orlowski and daughter-in-law Darcie Orlowski and grandchildren Kendall and Tanner Orlowski; his sisters Sylvia Orlowski, Phyllis Patrick and brother-in-law David Patrick; niece Jennifer Boyd and her husband George Boyd, nephews Christopher and Darin Patrick. He also leaves his sister-in-law and brother-in-law Sharon and Rick Benedum, nieces Mary Benedum and Renee Kresak and her husband Bryan Kresak, his brother-in-law and sister-in-law Ron and Terry Pazul, niece Angela Levesque and her husband Brian Levesque, nephew Brian Pazul and his wife Stephanie Pazul and niece Diana Demaris and her husband Brian Demaris.

Calling hours will be held at Swan Funeral Home, Boston Post Road, Old Saybrook, CT, Friday, March 1, 2013 from 10 am until 1 pm. A memorial service will begin at 1pm at Swan Funeral Home and burial to follow at Riverside Cemetery on Sheffield Street, Old Saybrook, CT 06475.
