Anna Alice Tassinari

Argyle, ME and Wareham, MA – Anna Tassinari, 57, passed away on Sept. 19, 2010. She was born on Sept. 12, 1953 the daughter of Henry and Antoinette (Peluso) May. Anna dedicated her life to her family and children through the Wareham Boys and Girls Club and foster care. Her pets were everything to her. Anna loved nature, Disney, and traveling to the mountains during foliage season. She also enjoyed crafts and decorating for the holidays. Anna is survived by the love of her life, Fred Ibbitson; 4 children, John Tassinari, Dena Freitas, Michael Gallagher, and Jason Holley; 6 grandchildren, Jeffrey Cody, Leah, Owen, Ava, and Kaylee; brother Lee May, several aunts, uncles, and nephews, and her best friends Ruthie Moffatt and Beth Gallagher, along with many close friends too numerous to name. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10am on Friday, Oct. 1, 2010 at St. Patrick’s Church, 82 High St., Wareham. Following the services family and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Anna with her family at the Wareham Boys and Girls Club.
