LINCOLN—David Earl Carey, 71, died peacefully February 22, 2023 at a Dexter health care facility. He was born December 6, 1951 in Bangor the son of Harold S. and Myra F. (Walsh) Carey.
David enjoyed NASCAR and four wheeling. He served in the United Sates Marines. He will be remembered for his infinite supply of jokes, and even while sick he was still making others laugh. He choose his own path in life as well as meeting his passing.
He is survived by two sisters Alice and Ann, brother-in-law Greg, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, sister Myrna, and an infant sister May Belle.
A graveside service will be announced in the spring at Cedarvale Cemetery, Argyle.
